As a UX/UI Designer, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with the company's brand identity and style guidelines.
- Optimize user experiences by conducting user testing, analyzing feedback, and implementing design improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process.
What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, demonstrating your ability to create user-centered designs and intuitive user interfaces.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
- Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and creating personas.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus in order to effectively collaborate with developers. You are not expected to know how to code, only a global understanding of the dynamics.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working as a UX/UI Designer in a professional setting, preferably in a tech company.
- Experience designing for B2B software applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business.
