As a Technical Partner Manager at Leadzai, you will own the full partner lifecycle — from converting pilots into committed partnerships, to nurturing and growing existing accounts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you'll work alongside Sales, Product, and Operations to drive partner revenue in European markets, with growing exposure to North America.

You'll be the kind of person who builds things before a playbook exists, earns trust quickly across partner organisations, and knows how to move deals forward without a lot of hand-holding. If you've been a right-hand to a revenue or GTM team and thrive in unstructured environments, this role is for you.

How your success is measured: You will be accountable for pilot-to-partnership conversions and growth within existing accounts. You'll be expected to drive measurable revenue impact through the relationships you build and the deals you help close.

Why join us:

  • Direct line to the COO and close proximity to executive leadership — your work will be seen and will matter.
  • Real ownership over partner relationships, not just account maintenance.
  • A chance to build processes and programs that don't exist yet.
  • Remote-first, with meaningful travel to build real relationships with your team, clients, and prospects.

You can know more about us here

Always great to know our Product, and the Team you will be working with.

As Technical Partner Manager, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Support GTM: Collaborate with Sales on new partnership opportunities, supporting pilots and helping close revenue-generating deals.
  • Convert & Close: Own pilot-to-partnership conversion — shepherd active pilots through to signed, full rollouts.
  • Grow Accounts: Grow existing accounts through upsell, expansion, and deepening integrations across the partner organisation.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships across partner stakeholders — from champions to decision-makers.
  • Enable Partners: Create and adapt partner-facing materials to drive success — pitch decks, sales collateral, and training content — and deliver enablement sessions to partner teams.
  • Feed the Funnel Back: Gather structured product feedback from the field and surface actionable insights to Product and Leadership.
  • Get in the Room: Represent the company at conferences and travel to on-site partner meetings as needed.

What we're looking for:

Required:

  • Experience: 7+ years in client success or partner management, including 3+ years in a revenue-focused partner or channel role.
  • GTM Fluency: You understand the pipeline, pilots, and how deals get done. You can support Sales in commercial conversations without needing a script.
  • Relationship Depth: You build trusted relationships across partner organizations and know how to translate influence into revenue.
  • Product & Technical Comfort: You like to dive into the details of how the product works and can read technical API documentation and hold your own in a conversation with a product and technical counterpart.
  • Operational Rigor: You're organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Startup DNA: You move fast, build before the playbook exists, and are energized by ambiguity rather than slowed by it.
  • Paid Media Knowledge: Familiarity with paid media concepts and ecosystems.‍

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in German or Spanish (English required)
  • Experience working with services or technology partners in a SaaS or API-first environment
  • Background in building partner enablement programs from scratch
