As a Sprint Manager at Leadzai, you will be responsible for the success of the sprints. You will work closely with the Product Team and the Tech Team, providing the materials to create and manage sprints so that we continuously deliver value to users of the Leadzai app.

As a Sprint Manager, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, estimations and other Agile ceremonies
- Manage and coordinate the work of the Technology teams, providing guidance and support as needed
- Work with the Product team to manage and refine the Product Backlog
- Identify process enhancements, coach the development team in Agile principles and practices

- Help the tech teams in the progress of the sprint
- Remove impediments for the team
- Facilitate agile events focusing on continuous improvement
- Help the Product Team to keep an organised backlog
- Prepare sprints according to Product roadmap and priorities
