As a Sales Development Representative, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Qualification of Leads: Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and determine their suitability as potential clients.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through personalised communication, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate them about our digital marketing solution.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads and interactions in CRM software, and diligently follow up to nurture relationships and progress leads through the sales funnel.
- Achievement of Targets: Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
What we're looking for:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, trends, and technologies is required.
- Driven and Results-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a hunger for success, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to achieve goals.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle objections, and overcome challenges with resilience and determination.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, and quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Flawless English (Native English preferred), written and spoken.
