This is an IEFP Traineeship, in the Leiria Office (Startup Leiria - Cowork Mercado).
As a Performance Specialist Trainee, some of your achievements will be:
- Learn how to develop and execute comprehensive Lead Generation Campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising.
- Master in identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and make data-driven adjustments, including bid modifications, ad scheduling, targeting refinements, etc.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for campaigns.
What will your daily grind look like?
- Monitor and optimise Lead Generation, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and budget guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance data using analytics platforms
- Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for campaign optimization and growth.
- Be an important and active contributor to the entire team.
What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.

- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German is a bonus.
Nice to have:
- Some experience in managing Lead Generation Campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role.
- Basic knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Former interaction with Looker Core or similar tools to analyse campaigns
- Experience with campaign tracking and conversion tracking implementation.
- Capable of making data-driven decisions, work raw data to find action points and trends.
