As a Performance Specialist at Leadzai you will learn and develop your competencies in the continuous optimization of pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
The ideal candidate has knowledge in managing successful PPC campaigns, is highly analytical, and possesses strong strategic thinking skills.

As a Performance Specialist Trainee, some of your achievements will be:
- Learn and excel in developing and executing comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and make data-driven adjustments, including bid modifications, ad scheduling, targeting refinements, etc…
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for campaigns.
What will your daily grind look like?
- Monitor and optimise PPC campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and budget guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance data using analytics platforms
- Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for campaign optimization and growth.
What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- Understanding the concept and practices of managing PPC campaigns.
- Knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.
- Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.
- Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken. Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a bonus
- Eligible for IEFP Traineeship ("Estágios +Talento")
Nice to have:
- Former interaction with Looker Core or similar tools to analyse campaigns
- Knowledge of campaign tracking and conversion tracking implementation.
- Capable of making data-driven decisions, work raw data to find action points and trends.
