As a Performance Specialist, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC and Leads strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and make data-driven adjustments, including bid modifications, ad scheduling, targeting refinements, etc.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for campaigns.

- Monitor and optimise PPC and Leads campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and budget guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance data using analytics platforms
- Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for campaign optimization and growth.
- Be an important and active contributor to the entire team.
What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.
- Attitude and capacity to work both individually and autonomously, together with being a valuable team member.
- Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.
- Excellent English competency, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German is a bonus.
Nice to have:
- Former interaction with Looker Core or similar tools to analyse campaigns
- Experience with campaign tracking and conversion tracking implementation.
