As a Junior Customer Success Manager, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Provide a top knit customer experience to all our customers.
- Understand the product to make sure the answers provided are spot on.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the company.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new customers.
What will be your daily grind?
- Engage with clients to address their questions, concerns, and support needs.
- Collaborate on resolving customer issues, gathering feedback, and advocating for necessary product enhancements or improvements.
- Coordinating the workflow with the other team members to ensure our SLA’s are met
What we're looking for:
Required skills:

- Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- For this specific position, fluency in Portuguese is mandatory since there will be constant contact with our Portuguese partner.
Nice to have:
- Former experience using Google or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Experience using Zendesk, Hubspot or similar tool for ticket management.
- Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business.
