As a Junior Campaign Manager at Leadzai you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

As a Junior Campaign Manager (Dutch Market), some of your responsibilities would be:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and make data-driven adjustments, including bid modifications, ad scheduling, targeting refinements, etc…
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for campaigns.
What will be your daily grind?
- Set up, launch, and monitor PPC campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and budget guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics platforms
- Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for campaign optimization and growth.

What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- Former experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role.
- Knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.
- Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch & English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Former interaction with Looker studio or similar tools to analyse campaigns.
- Experience with campaign tracking and conversion tracking implementation.
