As a Customer Success Manager at Leadzai, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, drive adoption, and deliver value, ultimately ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

As a Customer Success Manager, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Partners Onboarding and Training;
- Partners Relationship Management;
- Proactive Engagement;
- Performance Tracking and Reporting.
What will your daily grind look like?
- Address partners concerns, follow up and escalate them as necessary;
- Conduct scheduled check-in calls or meetings with partners;
- Monitor and proactively reach out to ensure they the most value from our product;
- Work with product, performance, and marketing teams to address partners needs and collect and escalate feedback;
- Develop, conduct and update training sessions for partners.

What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- Genuine pleasure in assisting others and making the difference;
- Proven experience in customer success, customer support or other customer facing roles;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can adapt to different audiences, along with natural follow-up abilities;
- The skill to think creatively, understand complex ideas, and focus on finding solutions;
- Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate within the company, across different departments and to our partners;
- Ability to work quickly, independently and accurately in a high-volume environment, with excellent time management skills;
- Constant pursuit for excellence;
- Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Previous CRM Knowledge (Zendesk, Intercom);
- Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business;
- Intermediate or advanced Proficiency of Spanish and/or German.
