As a Content Marketing Manager at Leadzai, you will build Leadzai's authority with agency owners and digital leads before they ever talk to sales.
Leadzai's buyers are the CEOs and digital leads running SMB marketing agencies, and the operators behind SMB aggregators and platforms. By the time they pick up the phone, they already have a shortlist. This role exists to make sure Leadzai is on it.
This is not: A paid media role. A brand awareness role measured by reach. A role where someone hands you a content strategy.

As a Content Marketing Manager, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Content creation (primary)
- Write content that speaks directly to agency owners, heads of paid media, and platform operators under margin pressure. That means specific, credible articles: how platform fees compress margin as you scale, how to run more client accounts without adding headcount, what performance-first automation actually looks like in practice. Content must be structured to earn AI citations — statistics, clear arguments, sourced claims. Specific enough that an agency operator or platform director shares it with their team.
- Website management
- Own leadzai.com as a working sales tool for both ICP buyer journeys. Every product page should answer a question a marketing agency CEO or platform operator would actually ask. Update pages quarterly minimum — pages not refreshed lose AI visibility fast. Work with Catarina on design. You own the CMS and don't depend on developers for copy changes.
- Social media
- Run Leadzai's LinkedIn presence targeting agency operators and platform businesses across European markets (UK, Italy, and Portugal primarily) and North America (US and Canada). Use Facebook and Instagram for people-related content — team, culture, behind the scenes. You post when there is something worth saying to the target audience, not on a schedule for its own sake.
What we're looking for:
Required:
- A B2B writer who has worked in SaaS, adtech, or a digital agency.
- You understand how agency principals and platform operators evaluate tools — economics first, complexity second.
- You are comfortable owning an editorial calendar without a brief for every piece.
- You know what GEO is and have started adjusting how you write for it.
- Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.
- Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in German, French or Spanish, is an advantage as the market expands.
- Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms and AI tools.
