As a Campaign Manager at Leadzai, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Paid Media advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

As a Campaign Manager, some of your responsibilities would be:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and make data-driven adjustments, including bid modifications, ad scheduling, targeting refinements, etc…
- Web data measurement: tag management and conversion tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, UTMs…).
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for campaigns.
What will be your daily grind?
- Set up, launch, and monitor Paid Media campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and budget guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance data using visualisation tools (Looker Studio)
- Implementation and troubleshooting of conversion tags
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute with ideas and strategies for campaign optimization and growth.

What we're looking for:
Required skills:
- Proven experience in managing Lead Generation campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience implementing conversion tracking.
- Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.
- Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.
- Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Former interaction with Looker studio or similar data visualisation tools.
